We believe all music should be made, and that includes yours, even if you don’t know how to make it yet. Our catalog of camps and workshops is designed to give people hands-on, fun, and exciting experiences where they get to make music in a professional studio, and take the skills they learn with them to their next project. Whether you are looking to be a studio musician called in to play their instrument on recording sessions, or a producer who’s calling the shots in a session and leading other musicians to turn their ideas into a reality, Cridley Studios has something to help get you there.
Summer Studio Music Camp Program
Our summer camps offer high school students the opportunity to learn real world musician and producer skills in a professional recording studio. We run two camps concurrently throughout the week. Our morning producer camp and our afternoon musician camp offer students hands-on experience in their chosen area.
During the week, producers will learn how to produce and mix music while musician students write and rehearse in the afternoon. One day a week, the musicians and producers will overlap and will have to apply the skills they have learned during a mock studio session. The producer students will lead a recording session and record what the musicians have been working on all week.

Producers
Learn how to produce in an actual studio.
This is a one-of-a-kind summer camp teaches students the essentials of music production in a fun positive environment. Learn how your favorite music gets made and learn how to do it yourself!
Each camp will be personalized and topics will be decided by the group based on interest (ie. beat making, EDM, sound design, MIDI, synths, video game music, house, etc.)
And yes, you will get to learn how to use the large board with hundreds of buttons, faders, and controls, and yes, it does feel very cool.

Musician Intensive
5 Day Camp

Musicians
Play in a recording studio.
Play and record in an actual studio and jam and play with other like minded musicians! Students will form a band and either write or cover songs of their choosing with the guidance of our head producer.
Make music in a space designed for creativity and fun. Students will also get the chance to perform their songs live at the end of the week.
One group piece will be professionally recorded, processed, and mastered for students to keep.
All instruments/vocalists welcome!
